All coin ids (paged)

The complete list of tracked coins (~18k) as {id, symbol, name}, paged: `page` + `perPage` (1-500, default 250). `includePlatforms: true` adds each coin's contract address per platform; `platform` (e.g. base, solana, ethereum) keeps only coins with a contract there; `symbol` keeps one ticker (exact, case-insensitive) across all its namesakes. For bulk id resolution, building a local symbol map, or enumerating every token on one chain; for a single lookup use coin-search. The upstream list is fetched once and cached in-process for 10 minutes, so paging through it costs the shared quota one call.
