Tokenized asset issuer

One issuer of tokenized real-world assets by id: aggregate tokenized market cap, 24h cap change and 24h volume, plus every token it issues with symbol, name and contract address per platform (e.g. Coinbase's Base-chain tokenized Apple, Nvidia, Meta, Alphabet). Use rwa-issuers for ids. Cached in-process for 5 minutes.
