Rank perpetuals by funding rate: the N most positive (longs pay shorts) and N most negative (shorts pay longs) markets with hourly, 8h and annualized rates, open interest and 24h volume. minVolumeUsd filters out illiquid markets (default $1M). The carry and basis-trade screen in one call. Hyperliquid public data.
