Exchange tickers

Markets (tickers) listed on one exchange: base/target pair, last price, 24h volume, USD- and BTC-converted last price and volume, bid-ask spread %, trust score (green/yellow/red), anomaly and stale flags, trade URL and last trade time. Filter by `coins` (coin ids, max 10); pages of up to 100 tickers (`page`), trimmed to `limit` (default 50). Where is a coin actually trading, at what spread, and is the volume trusted. Cached in-process for 60 seconds.
